In this presentation Rachel Clements and Debra Brodowski from Centre from Corporate Health will address the topic of moral injury, its implications for HR professionals and the need to focus on developing healthy workplace leadership and cultures.

Improving workplace wellbeing, safety and performance are important considerations for organisations at this time. In recent years, there has been growing awareness of the role that leadership and organisational culture has on individual distress, morale and job satisfaction. Perceived workplace betrayals and moral and ethical transgressions increase employee risk of moral injury and intent to leave.
