Who can join HRMinds?
To be eligible for membership applicants must be currently working in a Human Resources role within a law firm in Australia. This includes roles such as Learning & Development, Talent, OH&S, Remuneration & Benefits, Recruitment and Resourcing, and combined roles where the ‘office manager’ or ‘practice manager’ role includes responsibility for the human resources functions.

How long does my membership last for?
The membership year for the HRMinds runs the financial year from 1 July to 30 June. Maximise your value by joining early in the year and attending as many events as you can!

Are all events free to members?
Yes. All events are covered by membership fees.

Can I be on the Board of HRMinds?
If you are an interested and financial member of the HRMinds, please contact us. New and returning Board members will be elected each year at the Annual General Meeting of the Society and as times if a casual vacancy occurs.

How do I sign into my HRMinds member profile account?
Simply click the "Member Login" button in the top right of the homepage, enter the email address you signed up with, or select "Forgot password" to reset your password.

How do I access members-only content?
The members-only area is available from the homepage. You can access past event recordings and presentations.

Can I update my details online?
Yes! The our platform allows members to update their contact details, communication, and payment preferences themselves. While logged in, click on the member login icon to change and add to your contact details.

Having trouble logging in to the site and / or registering for an event?
Every once in a while, a site will stop working; sometimes there's a difference between the version of a website cached—i.e., stored—on your computer and the version that you're loading from the web. Clearing the cache will fix it.

How do I clear cache on Google Chrome?
1/ From the menu bar of a Google Chrome window, click More (⋮). 2/Click More Tools, and select Clear Browsing Data. 3/ You'll be redirected to a pop-up window on Google Chrome's Settings page. Deselect Cookies and other site data (unless you want to clear your cookies), and then click Clear data.

How will I receive membership renewals?
HRMinds will send you an email to advise you that your membership renewal is approaching. You will have the option to pay via credit card or via EFT.

How do I change my credit card details?
Easy! Just log into your member profile and change.
