HRMINDS TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PAYMENTS OF EVENTS

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Full payment will be taken at time of booking. You may cancel and request a refund up to 14 days prior to receive a 100% refund. No refunds are provided after this time.

Cancellations must be made in writing to admin@hrminds.org

    • You will be responsible for communicating any changes to your booking by contacting HRMinds as soon as possible.
    • Any costs related to these changes will be borne by the individual.
    • All prices are displayed and AUD$ and are correct at the date of offer. Any prices quoted may be subject to change until your registration is confirmed.

When purchasing from HRMinds card details are transmitted through a secure server using Stripe

Consumer Data Privacy Policy:

HRMinds is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your registration only.

Confirmation of Booking

Upon successful payment of attendance you will receive a booking confirmation and tax invoice/receipt in the form of an email attachment. No tickets are provided/distributed for any HRMinds events.
