With WHS regulators increasing their focus on psychosocial risk, it is important for firms to consider the “safe system of work” they have in place for their leaders, and the benefits this focus will have on culture and enterprise-wide leadership impact. Leader wellbeing and sustainability is a fundamental dependency in achieving organisational outcomes, yet the trends in leadership wellbeing are concerning. This session will challenge existing thinking and reinforce the need for investment not only in leader wellbeing, but in better understanding the leadership system drivers that contribute to leader wellbeing outcomes.
